Mixtape: Hustle Gang “G.D.O.D.”

Hosted by DJ Drama and DJ MLK, rapper T.I. releases the first mixtape from Hustle Gang entitled, G.D.O.D. (Get Dough or Die). The 21 tracks feature the Grand Hustle crew including Tip, B.o.B, Travi$ Scott, Trae Tha Truth, Iggy Azalea, Chip, Young Dro, and Kris Stephens, plus collaborations with French Montana, Juicy J, Young Jeezy, Meek Mill, and Mystikal.

New Video: Robin Thicke ft. T.I. and Pharrell “Blurred Lines”

Robin Thicke turns on the charm in the slick video for his new single “Blurred Lines” featuring T.I. and Pharrell. The dapper gentlemen ooze sex appeal as they flirt with models in the chic clip, which features strange props including sausages, dice, and even a lamb. But its Tip who steals the show with his dance moves and hair brushing.

The Pharrell-produced song is set to appear on Thicke’s upcoming sixth album.

Rapper T.I. gets the coveted André 3000 feature on the new collaboration for “Sorry.” Produced by Jazze Pha, Tip explains, “It’s just more narration of life and the reasons why I should not be sorry for anything that I’ve endured, for anything that I’ve gone through, and the reason why I don’t owe motherfu**ers any apologies. I’ve come all this way from zero. I ain’t got no reason to say sorry to anybody. New Video: T.I. ft. Lil Wayne “Ball”

Lil Wayne doesn’t spend an abundance of time in his hometown these days but T.I. managed to get Weezy back in New Orleans to shoot the new video for “Ball.” “It was weird, because we shot it in my ‘hood, and he shot it in some spots that I hadn’t been in so long,” Wayne told MTV News of the clip.

For the song, which will be on T.I’s upcoming Trouble Man LP, due December 18, the King of the South enlisted producer Rico Love, who channeled the spirit of Mannie Fresh’s bounce-inspired work during Cash Money’s early days. Continue reading

The King of the South, T.I. jumps on the remix of Queen B’s “Dance For You,” which happens to be my favorite song from the deluxe edition of 4. With his new book Trouble & Triumph in stores today, the King of the South comes back to claim his throne on his vicious new track “Trap Back Jumpin’,” which he premiered during his visit to Angie Martinez’s radio show. T.I.’s oft-delayed album Trouble Man has an official release date of December 18th and is expected to feature collaborations with Pharrell, André 3000, Cee Lo Green, R. New Video: Sean Kingston ft. T.I. “Back 2 Life (Live It Up)”

Sean Kingston enlists the “King of the South” T. I. for his comeback single “Back 2 Life (Live It Up),” which is appropriately titled being that in the last year, Kingston recovered from a near-death jet ski accident where he reportedly had to receive open heart surgery, so thankfully now he’s healthier & ready to jump back in the game. The 22-year old artist recently stated, “I’m coming back to life. God gave me a second chance at life, you know. I’m coming back, this is basically a whole new me. I’m more humble. I’m more level-headed. I’ve been through a lot. I appreciate life, so it’s basically I’m back and this is me.” Watch here…
