We are deeply saddened to receive this news! METY featured his debut song “Walk Away” a few months back and now we have learned that 22-year old singer/songwriter Aaron Michael Cox has made his transition, after losing his battle to cancer last week. His mentors, hitmaking producers Da Internz are suffering tremendously from the loss of their friend and artist. Cox reportedly was diagnosed in June with stage 4 testicular cancer, which quickly spread to his lungs and was so far along that Cox never had the chance to start chemotherapy. So many supported Cox as an emerging artist in the music industry, as well as, his fans! A tribute celebrating his life will be held tonight at 6:30 p.m. at the Universal Music Publishing Group offices in Santa Monica. All family, friends, and supporters are welcome. It’s really sad to see an amazing artist with such potential lose his life in this way! Please honor the memory of Aaron by playing his song “Walk Away” here…
