The late, great Amy Winehouse’s father Mitch just announced that there is more music to come from his daughter! Mitch Winehouse recently spoke to BBC Radio 6 to promote his new memoir “Amy, My Daughter,” in which all proceeds go to charity and during the chat, he revealed that there is enough material recorded by Amy for at least one to two posthumous LPs. Mitch stated, “I’m not sure that there is much more but I’m sure that we will get at least one other album out, if not two. There are loads of covers, loads of them, but the problem is we don’t want want to rip anybody off. When her fans are so precious to us we don’t want to put out dross.” I am really looking forward to this possible release because Amy was such a talent, I just don’t believe she realized how gifted she was! Amy clearly was an artist taken away too soon, but at least we have the possibility of more music to keep her legacy alive!
